Hi Gents,

I got a pre-lci 330D E90 that i want to give some love.
my car is hitting the 225K mark and i want to do some maintenance.
Will be doing carbon clean and gearbox service within the next month.

i'm challenge with a suspension issue that just can't seem to be resolved.
I have replaced the following already in since Dec '16:
1. Shock top mounts
2. Shocks allround
3. tierods
4. Upper control arms (lower control arms are still fine)

-- the problem im faced with: the steering still feels very loose. when there is uneven road surface the steering will pull easily and loosely to the "offside" of the road surface as well has slight bumps. also when taking turns at higher speed i really need to control the steering which makes me feel unsafe driving my car a.t.m at higher speeds.
-i'm suspecting stabilizer links may be bent or worn?? not too sure. :(

I'm also hearing some kind off a knock noise in the engine bay.

So i'm looking for a recommended mechanic from the fanatics who can have a look at my beast and give her some proper TLC?

On the gearbox service side, take the car to ZF and let them test the car to make sure that a service is viable, otherwise you could destroy the box.

I would recommend replacing all the rubber bushes with poly.. you will find a huge difference in the steering, the control arms would certainly be worn by now and it will effect the control.
