Good day all!
A rather unfortunate update to my 335i today.
Ever since I bought the car I have heard a knocking sound on idle when the engine is warm as well as a rattle on idle at all times.
It appears that the flex plate could be the culprit and learning that it can do severe engine damage due to it not functioning correctly is scaring my off from driving the car.
Does anyone know of a good place to buy a good condition used flex plate for an N55 engine (F30)
And how much roughly would labour cost to do the job?
