So I bought a set of OEM grilles from Ash because of the black fins
Sprayed my original grilles with plasti dip but they started to peel
So I fitted the grilles but sprayed the chrome surrounds so now I have full black grilles finally
I think it looks quite aggressive

Thanks bud
I think when I first done the fins I didn't do it as well as I should have, the surrounds now have 4 coats

This is very off-topic but, how do you find the smoothness of the 35d? I find that at low speeds it sounds a bit too agricultural, went in a 325d the other day and could barely notice it was a diesel.

Maybe it's just an isolated issue? Thanks.

Nah you are right mate, does sound more diesel-ish at lower revs but I'm so used to it that I don't even hear it

Looks really good. Subtle but menacing look.

Did you spray your mags or is that the free spray job that BMW brake pads offer?
