I think June is a busy month with all the events (Charity run, Dbn run, etc) and then in early July a few BMW Club events too (including the Kyalami one). Hence, around mid to end July might be a decent time. Will keep this thread running - keep posting your ideas. Then by end of June we can confirm dates and venues (which will be towards mid/end July). Let's say tentatively 21st or 28th July, unless any fanatics can confirm if anything else is happening on those dates that affect us.

And so far we've got 2 options on venues:

1) Dent Doc's warehouse
2) Speedway's shop

Also thinking of keeping it very informal. No tables and stuff. Just bring a bed-sheet or cardboard to lay your stuff down for everyone to see. The place we're using should just be relatively clean and clear to do this.
