I have a 2001 330ci I have a electric fan wired into the fuse box on the driver side engine compartment, the wire shorted out to ground, blew the fuse, after replacing fuse it hard to start and idle is running rough, also have a po335 fault code, I changed the crankshaft sensor but still have the same problem and fault code, does anyone have any suggestions what the problem could be and how to troubleshoot it? any help would be greatly appreciated! also when I do a test on the crankshaft sensor the voltage jumps numerous times per revolution of the crankshaft, if I am not mistaken it should only show voltage 3 times per revolution, is that correct?
