F30 body panel gaps

Hi,

My car is only a few months' old but the inconsistent panel gaps have become more noticeable to me recently after I washed the car myself.
The left and right front doors seem to have a difference of a mm or two (didn't measure exactly). Also, the bonnet seems to have an inconsistent gap on the right and left side.

I owned 3 Audis, a Volvo and a Mazda and none have gaps as inconsistent as this F30. Admittedly, only my 2011 Ford Focus had gaps as inconsistent as the F30.

Do other F30 owners have similar experiences? I guess it would be more noticeable by owners who have owned other German brands.

Do you have photos to see what you mean? I have owned a number of cars and have never noticed anything untoward on the M3, and I’m OCD.

My Merc had a issue that bugged me with the Bonnet and bumper fit.

The F30s do have uneven panel gaps..especially around the bonnet. I have seen many cars with misaligned panels around the windscreen area (top of bonnet). Take it to the dealer and they should sort it out for you.

I see that my Focus was built at Silverton and the F30 is built at Rosslyn. Is it a Pretoria manufacturer issue...
