F30 328i

Hello guys I'm currently in the market for a new BMW

I was looking at older E90 335i's but I see you can get better deals
On the F30 320i/328i

Please advise what would be a good option

I know the 320 is 135kw and the 328 is 180kw price ranging around 220-280k

in terms of resale at a later stage .. a newer model would be the better option, and they should have a bit of plan left ... the 2.0T motors have great power delivery .. having had both the e90 335i and the f30 320i i can def say the f30 is more comfy and refined drive apposed to the 335i being a brute on power ..

if its power u want, 335i all the way .. comfort and a good refined drive .. f30 would be the way ..

If it was between the 320i and 328i, I'd go for the 328i definitely. The 328i will hold more value and that extra power is a huge plus. (depending on what car you have currently)

Went for a drive in a friends f30 320i with jb4 today. Was seriously impressed with it. Jb really wakes the car up. He will be putting a downpipe shortly. I can only imagine the power then. Ride was still factory smooth which was a definite plus

Huge

320i is more bang for the buck with a JB.

I would still go for the 335i
I own a 135i and a F30 320i . If you not concerned about fuel consumption the 335i will make u smile more often , hell everyday!

335i is awesome but I can never open the car up. I just enjoy the 6cyl noise and burbles daily that is what I like even if I only get it up to 60/80 :roflol:

Anyways, I agree with CF's statement - I am stuck in traffic to and from work and dont get the opportunity to open the car up..but its still an awesome drive, I cannot get over the ZF box..its AMAzing
