you will be driving it for the next few years and deciding based on resale is the wrong approach.

Why no love for the F30? From what i have read it seems to be a big improvement even over the E90

To be honest, i'm still in my 20's so would opt for the BMW purely because of the aggressive styling

If i were 40 it would be a different matter altogether

I just don't like the F30,looks horrible to me,even the 4 series looks ugly to me and the new M4,not a fan of,even the LCI of the E90 I don't like and if I had to chose between the audi a4,merc c class and 3 series would go for the audi

I am in my 40s,and the F10 m/sport looks more aggressive than the F30 ,I would look at a second hand one for around R350 000 to R400 000 bracket which would come with more specs than a new 320i or 320d

I prefer the e90 lci bonnet over the prelci but I prefer the e90 prelci msport bumper. And if the lci had blacklines I'd prefer it's rear.

But cannot agree with you on the 4 series. I like it alot.

Agree, but for R400K would only get a 2012 with 50 000km plus...half life on Mplan already...F10 also has already gone through face lift so safe for a while
