Exhaust Turbocharger?

Ive been to Autobahn in Kempton Park to get a printout of the commentary on the 330d im looking for.

first off. Autobahn Kempton Park is an awesome looking showroom. Love the place.

secondly. On the commentary print out i see it says that the exhaust turbocharger was replaced due to permament failure.

I dont understand what the exhaust turbocharger is. Is this the Whole Turbo, or is it just a part of it.

I know i sound daft, But please bear with me.

Sounds like the turbocharger was exhausted

How many km's ago was it repalced ?

@Zale - bout 40 000 km ago.

This cars had its fair share of things replaced and changed. All early in its life. I will post an update of the things this car has had changed under motor plan.
