No I ran a quicker time, but your car is the faster car.

M3's are actually weak & slow anyway. No point drawing comparisons to them. The point is we have the quickest & fastest of these weak cars. Until somebody goes & beats that time

Still don't get it? But anyway. Just in terms of records- in 2002 I was credited with a 9,5s run with .y 8v citi golf. I think Georges point is that its upto us to put the results into perspective and not simply accept it out of hand.

Yeah which is why I took it upon myself to claim the VBox exit of 183. On that run the VBox said 12.6 @ 183 & ODI said 12.6 @ 188. But like you just said its up to us to put the results into perspective. I know its impossible to run 188 with only chip & zorst. So I claimed 183 everywhere including the ad. It's only on this thread that I was playing games with George & said I'm going to claim 188. I'm not actually going to. I'll stick to the VBox speeds as that has been backed up.
