Exhaust note and car alarms

There are two little city type hatchbacks in my complex that just can't handle the exhaust note from my 328.
One parks quite close to me and the alarm goes off every time I start my car, without fail. The other a little further down with the same problem when I drive past.

It's quite funny, but I'm sure I'd be irritated after a while if I was them.

What would you do?

lol happens to me also :rollsmile: but i dont live in a complex so its not a daily thing...

you could try direct the sound with a board or something so it does not happen when you start the car...

dont know what you can do about the car you pass...

Mostly happens when i'm in a undercover parking lot, i promise its not intentional :fencelook:

Happens to me everyday in my basement when I leave work. 3 cars in particular. Audi A4 B7, new Volvo S60 and a Jeep

I had a friend who lived close to gateway he said it was terrible... the guys would come at 4 in the morning and floor it past parked cars and all the alarms would go off :roflol:

My e28, every time i go into a parking lot im not lying at least 5 cars, its just the low rumble

Absolutely nothing - just sit back and enjoy. I have been wanting to do this ever since that Top Gear episode where they do the same thing using a Corvette. I would enjoy it every single time. :rollsmile:
