Hi,
you can disable it with software,
some people say you can just block the Vaccum pipe,
another way which is a little time consuming is remove that S bend EGR pipe totally and put blanks on either end and clamp it back,
google on this forum you will see I did that and there is a thread on E90 330D, think its called EGR delete or something I cant remember now the name, but he welded blanks on,
I used Pratley steel when I put the blanks on and just clamped it,
go to your local hardware, they sell those round blanks,
