The vehicle was diagnosed (please see attached pictures )

What I did so far...

Where is the temperature gauge sitting when these things occur?

Reason I ask, and im speaking under correction, is a friend of mine experienced similar issues not so long ago.

His temp gauge would show the car as boiling but the fan would come on and it was drivable, except he experienced the same symptoms.

It had to do with the sensor responsible for the gauge.

I will check with him and confirm though.

I would replace the aftermarket crank sensor with an Original BMW sensor . From my experience , these engines are very fussy about their sensors and only the original sensors ( which can cost more ) work properly all the time and give the correct readings. The aftermarket might look like its working properly but many times they are not . I dont know why but I have always experienced this no matter what brand of aftermarket sensor was used .

I think your starting problem is related to the aftermarket sensor . Im told that the Crank and Cam sensors work together so maybe replace both with original BMW sensors . Also check your fuel delivery , maybe its loosing pressure .
Another cause might be the Coolant Temp sensor , again replace it with an Original BMW sensor . This also has an effect on starting from my experience .

Thanks Wes and Zippy320 for the quick response
Wes the temperature gauge is right on the middle never passed that point, please ask your friend what he did to fix it ?
Zippy320 I will ask the mechanic to check the fuel delivery and coolant temperature sensor tomorrow,if no luck I will buy the crank sensor next week and update you on the results
Thank you

Have you ran any diagnostic on the eml (traction control) I have seen BMWs do funny things with traction control messing up. Had a guy that brought his 745 to the shop because it wouldn’t go over 30 mph he just got new tires and the rear ones were smaller and spun faster so the car would slow it’s self down. If you put the small ones on the front then that car would just keep accelerating. Since you mentioned the eml light run diagnostics on the abs/eml

The eml is wired to the throttle so it can cause running issues.

Everything is worth checking out ,I will run a diagnosis again but I think my main issue is understanding the code 2865
Does anyone know what are the symptoms of a bad vvt module (VDO) ?
Since I've mentioned I've the vvt motor and eccentric shaft sensor brand new original parts now I'm wondering if the vvt module actually works cause I was told the vvt only works when the car gets to a certain temperature so my car doesn't transition when it gets to that temperature then it turns on eml and starts to rev it self and if I switch of the engine it will not start up just cranks and dies but when the engine is cold it starts like nothing happened and it repeats what I've described again
Please help guys:praise::praise::praise:
