So this afternoon before leaving the shop, I as usual turned on the lights to the "park" position, so that those lvely angel eyes would be on.
As I reverse away from the shop I caught a glimpse of my reflection.
shock shock shock
the left hand side angel eyes were fine, but the right side weren't working, and in its place the indicator light was dimmly on (AKA USA style)
So at home I removed the angel eye globe from the working side....and lo-and-behold, that side also went to dim indicator light
I presume this is the normal electric logic...ie failed angel eye, the indicator then goes to dim ON (as they are in the USA)
after interchanging left to right, strangely, both were working again
so I assume the globe is on its way out.
do I need to replace the entire globe with holder, or can the little globe be changed on its own
