electric seats on e36

hi guys.
has anyone worked on the electric seats on the e36..
on the gearbox. i am looking for one of the worm gears with a white gear on it.. i tried using the one from the driver side but its a green one and does not work on that side

on the seat there are four motors.. two motors go into a gearbox.. inside that gearbox there are two worm gears at the drive end of the gears there are linking gears to the main gear... there are different colour gears for different ratio's... i am looking for the white gear.. not the green or pink one

I have a set of perfectly working electric seats...leather is torn on top though.

with lots of stripping of the seat i found the problem...
the idiot that owned the car before me had drilled and put a bolt and nut to keep the seat up because he could not replace the steel spring rod back correctly
