e92 m3 motor plan cancelled

Hope you get it sorted bud we had one that's motor plan got cancelled when the car went for motor plan transfer to new owners name car was never chipped with us or my friend previous owner apparently the owner before him had chipped the car and BMW had some new sort of machine or tech that could tell you when the car was over revved and note this car had 36000 kms nothing wrong or being claimed it went for a motor plan transfer 2months down the line they still didn't re instate it and we lost 100k on the car

Those shitheads just emailed me a letter now stating that they will not carry out major repairs to the vehicle performing out of its design specifications but never tell how it performed out of its design specification but my motorplan has not being cancelled. Why the hell don't they just cancel the plan wtf are they scared off?

Sounds like BMWSA bullshit.

I think their approach to just cancelling motorplans without explaination or
warning is losing them continued customers.

Ask them for proof.

BMW has a policy that any car that has the rev or speed limiter exceeded, they will immediately cancel the MP, however you can ask for proof.
