E92 alternator

Hi guys need some help I recently replaced my battery as the car was shutting down abs dsc errors etc nd would eventually die so after a month wirh a new batt this happens again.

My mech suggesting we rather replace then recon.
He says the amount of the Meter supposed to be 13 or 14. It's dropping an goin high an back down
It's 13 then going to 11
Then goin back up and down 11-14 not staying at 1 amount

I'm leaning towards recon and new voltage regulator anyone can suggest a good place to send it to? Or should I replace The alternator?

Bump.. Car is a 08 e92 335i.. preferable place in pta any leads appreciated. Thanks guys

Recon can work, but i doubt would last very long. Perhaps second hand would be an option, but there to guarantees.

Check around for a new one at Goldwagen, Autozone etc.
