E90 lost both keyfobs (maybe), whats the process ?

I was in the same situation, A place called Direct Data sorted me out. They are in the East Rand, speak to Charles.

Basically they guided me into removing one of the ECUs, took it to them and they made me a couple of keys....i cant remember the costs but was wayyyy cheaper than a new lockset and all the drama that comes with that

I know this sounds expensive to do but don't feel too bad, a few years ago I had a similar situation with a Honda Civic. I purchased the car from Honda and only received one key. I asked for a quote after thinking I lost the only key I had and was quoted just under R 15k to replace keys and locks. Relatively speaking the costs on the e90 seem quite cheap.

One of the reasons why I drive a BM these days and not a Honda :smilebounce:
