E90 key fob problems

Hi Everyone,

I tried searching the forum on this issues but i cant seem to find someone who once had an issue that i am having now.

My e90 320i Key-fob seems to be not working properly off-late. Sometimes it locks and unlocks the doors but sometimes it doesn't lock. When it fails to lock the doors i will have to do it manually using the key, or remove the key from the fob and put it back in, then it will work. I am only having this slight problem mostly when locking the car, the car unlocks fine using the fob.

The car starts fine when i put it in the ignition. I only have one normal key (which is giving me problems) and second plastic key ( service key).

Any thoughts on what causes this?

its the accurator on the driver door lock, had this issue on my ex 323i, had it replaced and it all worked fine. It starts off by blowing the fuse first,be fore it goes completely. Ao I would check that first.
