E90 Control arms

Hello guys

Im considering some preventative maintenance , especially since I will be changing tyres soon.
where have you guys had control arms changed?
I have contacted Imcomex and Bemows both quoted roughly R4000 for parts only.
that seems fair , or is it?

my car is a 2011with 106000km.
