Hi Guys
I recently found oil in my res after noticing a water leak. I had it checked out by Fritz BMW specialist and he said my transmission oil cooler is shot and oils leaking into cooling system and pressuring to a degree where the water will dispurse at the weakest point. My engine oil level consumption is normal and the oil in water res is darker brown of a machine smell. He quoted round R14k for the repair. I got a quote from SMG on a new Transmission oil Cooler for R6300.00.
Is there any other specialist in CPT that can give another opinion on the repair?
Iv heard of a guy in Ravenmead that people say are good. Do not have his contact though.
Please help as I love my 335i and do not want to get rid of her. :blueCry:
