I got this car a few days ago. I searched a couple of months trying to find the right car and ended up with this beauty.

I didn't like the silver grill and tried some plastidip which worked really well, next up is the rims.

Now for some CF splitters.
Not a big fan pod those 17s but they have a better stance than the 18 upgrade cos of the wider rears.

Thanks guys, will do.

It's a 2008 with 48000 on the clock. It's a manual, which I am enjoying a lot. It has semi electric seats, the professional sound system (which is damn good) and also Rear PDC. It also has a tow bar which I doubt I'll ever use. Other than that it's pretty much the normal setup for now.

A Manual 335i! :yikes:
You hardly see them in manual. Congrats! You are very lucky to have found a manual and with relatively low mileage as well.

Dct and Smg is great for the track but manual rocks

Thanks everyone

I'm a bit hesitant on the rims at the moment but will hopefully do them in two weeks.

I'm waiting for the Tyres to wear out then ill change the rims but I actually like this style over the 18's I had on my old car.

Yes, manual is great often a bit tempting to keep the revs up and the turboes spooling ;) but very fun.

A question for everyone. What colour should I wrap my roof and mirrors?

Silver. Like what you have there. :fencelook:

Good job on the grill, thinking about doing the same with mine. Could you share details on the plastic dip, where can I get hold of it?
BTW the silver on the grill indicates 'executive model'

Thnx

enjoy the ride

Thanx! I got mine at builders warehouse in CT. It was fairly easy. You have to take the screws out to remove the top bit. Then there are 4 screws on the bumper, undo those pull the bumper back a bit. Then push the clips holding the grill on inwards and gently nudge it out. Then simply spray 4-5 coats keeping the can a foot away from the grill and get into all the angles on the grill especially on the side of the top parts on the grill. Make sure your hand movements are constant and if you see bubbles they go away. That's pretty much it. I left mine inbetween coats for 20 minutes. Anymore questions feel free to ask.

I've decided to spray my rims Saturn black. Ill post pics once the job is done.

Congrats on your ride, looks awesome. IMO no wrap is needed with silver but if you do then go for the high gloss (glass look) black, and get proper cf mirror caps which also has a nice high gloss finish...

Here's a pic of my old e90, cf warp roof, proper carbon fiber mirrors, smoked side indicators....

None, sorry. It was black on black with the trim done in real cf. Looked very nice imo. Sold it when I bought the F30. Haven't done much to the F30, just black kidneys, cf wrap on the roof and mirrors (waiting for genuine cf mirror caps to arrive)
