E90 335i or E92 335i

Hi guys
Interested in Purchasing a 335i.
Was wondering what the major differences is with the E90 and the E92 models. i prefer the coupe, but which is faster ?

Welcome to the forum bud, they both have the same specs, im not sure about the weight difference. IMO, I would say if you like the coupe, then go with that. Rather be happy about your purchase than having future regrets :thumbs: All the best with the car hunting :thumbs:

the e92 :thumbs: looks away better than the e90 that's for sure, if i was not married i would have bought it, but i had to settle for the e90 for practicality reasons.
In terms of which one if faster cant i really say, but i don't think there is noticeable difference in performance :nonono: if there is its very small :fencelook:

I think it basically comes down to how many doors you need. If you can live comfortably with only 2 then E92 all the way. Being a bit taller I also like the fact that the coupe doors are generally a bit longer, meaning a bigger opening.

IDrive is also just an option for the E92, doesn't come standard.

I have the coupe. Also considered the 4 door but the coupe oozes sex appeal. I still rate the E92 shape as one of thE best BMW have ever brought out. Its the reason I ventured from Jap to BMW. The 4 door doesnt do much for me from a looks perspective.

The biggest pro with the 4 door is the practicality of the 4 doors and then of course there is a HUGE price difference. For some reason the coupe's go for a good 40-50k more. If you can afford the price diff then get the coupe.Also the coupe has the I-drive mentioned above which I absolutely love.


Both wil give you alot of fun either way..

In my opinion E92 all the way...can't beat those lines...:inlove:
Not sure but I think the E90 has a better top speed of about 2/3 km which really doesn't make a difference...
The E92 stands out compared to the E90...:thumbs: but if you are a family man with 2 kids and plan on using the car everyday, it can become awkward...if you have a second car then cool...and if you're single then heres...
