So i had i chance to take a look at the 2006 330d auto with 128k on the clock, its in perfect condition no smoke when car is starded, also took it for a test drive its a nice smooth ride... When driving it has a loudish rumble? Probalbly normal.

Its full house everything I want in a car. So gave BMW a call with the VIN number lady told me the car was there for its normal services under maintenance plan (Oil change and brakes) and nothing big like turbo was changed under the maintenance - so thats good? Bmw only replced the aircon pipes as it was leaking @ 97000km

So they wana give me 65k for the polo, need to see if I can let it go quick at private sale, as i still owe a it on the car ...

Really want and need the 330d in my life :roflol:

Glad you like it bud. What color is it and is sportpack?

Yep, the lack of a temperature gauge is a pain! With the 330i I use the oil level indicator as a guide to determine when the engine is up to temperature, and in reality it takes longer to get a reading than my Wife's E46 takes to get up to temperature, so I reckon I am fine. But with the diesel it does of course still have a proper oil dip-stick, so no electronic oil level meter - and therefore no way to "guestimate" when the engine is up to temperature. And this of course also scares me when looking at a used car (how was it treated before), but the same counts for my 330i... Silly BMW - surely they could have added a temperature gauge! :nonono:
