Ok. you can get the performance exhaust and manifold from bmw. But this comes in a package that includes a brake upgrade for about R30,000.

He said they are bussy figuring out the performance chip for all petrol cars. But will be out soon.

They allready have a chip for the the diesels for oaks out there that wants to know.

On the diesels they do a intercooler upgrade, intake and open up the exhaust.
Now here is the crazy thing. they increase the performance of the 320d to 490 n.m. i know that it comes out the factory with 380 if i am not wrong.

Now i don't know about you guys but that is impressive.

O ja, They put some ugly stickers on the side if you do these upgrades.

Can't wait for that petrol ECU to arrive.

Thats almost 330d power by the way guys.

you need a small loan to afford BMW upgrades...

Would love to know what the chip will go for and the gains...

Let's see what they say and do :)

You can get what you want done at Xceed performance for R8000.

Decat, exhaust manifold and ECU remap.

The facelift e90 323i has 10kw more, thats software tune only.

Eish Buddy i would wait if i were you if you planning to keep the car after motorplan, plus a 323i is not a racer, yah its something a had to come to grip with, but trust me drive down to durbs on the N3 those cocky 320d's get a hiding of their life when going top end.

BMW performance mods are just not worth the cash.
323 is a fun car but its not worth dropping the kind of money you would need to drop to make real power figures.

all the normal mods like induction and exhaust will change the kind of creature that a 323 is supposed to be and make it rought to drive.

if you really want power 330i is the way to go unless you want to wait to put a supercharger, then you really in business!

I agree Cole.. :)

my car knows already that to see 600km from a tank of fuel doesn't happen very often.. lol

@jakkals i get roughly 750km on a tank, and thats just my dailly driving, when went down to ballito averaged 15.5km on a litre.

and the car is very responsive, not slow either

You can try play with lower tire profile and differential ratios
to get better acceleration but lose a bit of top end.

Do you know where i can get ratios changed?

You can ask the Gizmo here on the forum for advice and help.
