E90 323 vibration and not revving past 2000

Hi Guys

Im having an issue with my wifes e90 323i.

The car went in for a service yesterday oil and filter change, spark plugs and rear brake pads.

Using it to work today. The car starts to vibrate and is finding it difficult to rev past 2000rpm. Stop the car, start up again and around 80kms it starts again.

No engine light came on

Does anyone know what the issue could be, spark plugs or coil issue?
