E90 320i as a tow vehicle?

I would not even tow a boat with a 535i. You dont see a bride get all dressed up in a beautifull white gown and then put on gumboots :hammerhead:

Use the hilux bakkie, it was build forr stuff like that.

Ok ok, in and amongst the 320i specific insults, I can see some worthwhile advice.

Will use the bakkie then.

Thanks guys!

I saw a E36 launch a rubberduck at the Struisbaai harbour over December. Surely it can be done then...

Year before that there was a E46 submerging it's rear wheels completely at the slipway. How I would hate to own that car 5 years later...

Welcome swimma

The guys are just pulling your leg, there was a somewhat entertaining thread about the E90 320i a little ago. :mmm:

The bakkie is the best choice here considering when considering the launching of the boat :thumb:

Maybe you could tow the 320i with the boat. Two 50hp outboards are surely just as, maybe even stronger than the 320i. :)

Mabe the propellers of those 2 x 50HP outboards might just generate enough thrust in the air to make the 320i even faster than what it is by itself:):)

I also wanted to get a tow bar for my 320i, not to pull a boat but a trailer on long trips, like 1000km on holidays.... the other option is roof rack and roof box.

lol trailer would probably kill my fuel consumption...
