..over the last few days Iv been noticing my 320d's struggling to start sometimes but no warning lights or anything..today I parked it for 5 hours and came back to my car and it refused to start..lol felt like pressing the big red button and nothing happening..phoned BM on call and they told me Il have to wait for a mechanic as none were available close by, but if I jump the car and it works I should take it to the dealer. I didn't wanna wait so just told the lady at BM on call I'l call her back if the jump doesn't work and the car needed towing..phoned a freind jumped her and drove her to a dealer (luckily I reverse parked so the bonnet was easy to access)..dealer filled out the break-down envelope and gave me a lift home..dealer asked if I have a tracker unit in the car as maybe it is this (was fitted at the dealer by tracker when the car was bought when new)..could it be?..or is it more likely that 2 weeks ago the car had the tranny replaced and sat in the dealer on a lift for 3 weeks and probably died as the time and date were completely off when I got her back?..and in cases whats the chances the battery needs replacement?....anyway 2 weeks after gettin my wheels back Im now wheel-less once again...sigh :flyfun:
