E90 320d 2005 suddenly has terrible fuel consumption.

Howzit guys things got me worried . My Bmw 320d has a sudden spike in fuel . Replaced the turbo at Bmw on Tuesday. She also makes a woosh sound when switching off . Any idea? Please

I think the whoosh sound is just the turbo spinning to a stop,
