So my BMW is up for it's next service.

Wanted to get some insight into what I should be changing at this sort of mileage as a preventative service.

Previous service I replaced fuel filter and all other filters.

I inspected the timing belt and it looks pretty decent. Car is running smooth.

Thinking to just change oil and oil filter together with the air filter.

Anything else I should do?

You should be fine with oil and oil filter.

I presume your last service was on 110 000km? If you replaced your air filter with the previous service, it might not be necessary to replace just yet. Maybe just remove it, and inspect the condition, prior to replacing?

I always do wheel alignment, balancing & rotation, as well as a bottle of injector cleaner with every service.
