E82 1M Bumper

Hi guys...

I don't normally complain, and i usually just accept things as they come.

My wife surprised me with a gift of a 1M bumper from Rennzport. Now i was absolutely elated with it, as I've always wanted one...:clapper:

Now the part about complaining is that she showed me on her email correspondence that Fog lamps are in fact included in the price that she paid, and was disappointed when i started looking for them.

Prices are the same from Autostyle (INCLUDING the fogs), yet she chose Rennzport after reading some reviews about where to get a bumper from.

My bumper is already at the panel shop being resprayed,so i can't return it. I'm venting because of service, because i'm used to receiving exactly what i'm (or the wife :facepalm: ) paying for.

I hope you don't treat all fanatics this way :thumbdo:

I'm sure it's just a mistake.

From my dealings with them, I've come to learn that they open the original packaging to verify the goods, so perhaps someone simply forgot to put the fogs back before shipping it off to you.

All i got was a "it was a miscommunication and that the original fogs were supposed to be transferred from my old bumper"

My old bumper fog isn't even the same style :hammerhead:

Autostyle doesnt include the spot lights, as their is no mention of this on the advert

I'm the guy responsible for shipping that bumper. Really sorry to hear your predicament and rest assured we take all complaints and grievances seriously.

I will wait for Zaahier to comment about the emails, as I was not in contact with your wife. However, from the onset, pictures of the bumper and ALL accessories were supplied and showed to the respective parties. Before boxing and giving to the courier company, the bumper was inspected a second time by myself and again pictures were taken and sent off. I will attach those pictures here for your viewing. To my knowledge, we have NEVER said it comes with fogs, we said it has mesh which accommodates for some of the 1 series fogs. A Proper set of fog lights with bulbs and accessories will cost you a nice packet and oem will be more then the bumper itself.

Another option was also Given to your wife, where plain mesh which would match your center mesh could be supplied and couriered as well.

Lastly...why send it to your oanel shop for spraying, if you felt dissatisfied when you opened the box and felt that we gave you fogs short.

There are 3 other members on this forum which have purchased that exact bumper from us in the last few months, and I'm more then willing to offer their numbers for anyone to double check if we told them Fogs are included.

I was unaware about the fogs issue until i started making calls for them, AFTER which i was told by her that it was supposed to be included because she asked about it before confirming.

We have discussed the matter with the op wife, whom we have been dealing with all the time.

There was miscommunication, which we are resolving with her.

Therefore I see no need for further posts on this thread unless we had no intention of coming to a resolution.
