The project is now complete. All I can say is WOW. It took several hours of hard work, but now the interior looks brand new. Front and rear seats and headrests, door trims, headliner and carpets all done.

The results are more worthwhile than I can explain. The leather went from shiny dark grey with a brown tinge to it, to a light, matt grey.

It's raining now, but I will take some proper photos this weekend if the weather allows...

Used:
Meguiars leather and vinyl cleaner
Soft brush
Microfiber sponges
Wynns upholstery cleaner
Bucket with clean water
Lots of elbowgrease

No conditioner after the leather cleaner?

I like the meguiars leather cleaner. Tip, take a medium bristle brush like a paint brush, spray the cleaner on brush the cleaner into the leather till it foams and wipe away. You'll be surprised how much this gets off and doesn't harm the leather from excessive rubbing.

Hey bud. Thanks. Thats exactly what I did. Used a soft brush and a gentle swirling motion. Worked up a dirty brown/gold foam. Difference is like night and day.

Im in two minds about the conditioner actually. My experience in the past is that they make the leather shiny which exactly what I don't want. The cleaner does say that it cleans and nourishes.

It's a great technique, works wonders. The megs gold class conditioner doesn't make the leather shiny as far as I remember.

Some pics. I can see now that the fold down armrest in the rear still has some dirt on it. Will give it another go this weekend.
