e60 range

okay i know we got the e60 550i.

but did we get the e60 540i and the e60 545i?

also what other models did we get?

and did we get a e60 touring?

sorry for the dumb questions,but want to know about the e60 range

The 545 stopped in 2004 with the 4.4L motor and replaced by the 550 which has a 4.8L N62B48 motor.

The only touring I know of in this country is the M5.

Pre facelift had 525, 530's, 545 and M5

Facelift had introduced the the 520d and 523i.

The 2 best engines in the range are the 550i and the 530d. Not saying that the others are bad, just that these are excellent.

I drove the 525i and the body is just far too much for that motor IMO. I drove this whilst I owned my E90 330i so that might be the comparative reason but jaaaa, I wasn't impressed.

The 530i LCI was very decent. That's obviously 200kw as opposed to the 190kw pre facelift.
