It could be your car has a ZF rack and pinion steering.  Go see ZF. they may be able to help. Also, i once had my E39 rack and pinion repaired at a place here in Parow (I see you in Gauteng) but there should be places there that can do it for you if ZF can't help.

ZF steering components for passenger cars have been sold over to BOSCH, I was told by ZF. So I will have to go to Bosch.
