No man you guys, dont get me wrong, i like the M5 the Lux ,the sound drive etc the list goes on and on....
But still give that 4Pot the credit 237kmh vs V10 M5 233@???
My audi S3 did 229@1km what i am trying to say is Maintance wise double, if not trippel over the tfsi cars dont care what people say Bmw Audi and Merc all nice cars but still cant belive that the v10 only did 233... exit expected more like 238-240 on the 1km any buddy on the forum drives a V10 e60 M5 say with chip exhaust whats the exit numbers then, but not with superchargers and bad ass thinks fitted?

Not sure i follow your trail of thinking.., but you are comparing a stock M5 over a modded 2.0 tfsi and say that BMW should have done more to get the exit speed faster. :fishwack::fishwack:

In the same line of thinking VW should have done more to the stock 2.0 tfsi that have lower exit speeds than most of the modded velos and chico out there with their 1.4 turbos and 2.0 N/A. definitely have to give those 4pots credit too...

I understand your point and way of thinking, you're stop on let me ask the question again if i buy a M5 chip it and exhaust it what exit is do able on the 1km at reef?

At the reef it will always be a tad bit disappointing to be honest, with chip and exhaust I would say closer to 240 maybe more.
Never been in 1 sadly  but I can imagine it would be an absolute laugh when the road gets twisty :inlove:

Been there and done it to the M6 that has similar specs and you can see speed goes up to 240km/h on the Km.

Don't buy the M5 broer...buy your Cupra and do your kilometer runs and watch the Speedo.....

But be very careful when the road is not so straight on that Cupra with crazy speeds....otherwise you will wish you had the Sheer Driving Pleasure monster...

Thanks for the info and not all the other "no helpfull" whats your thought stories like the rest on the forum phantom appreciation
from my side.
.... To the rest no one compares the cupra to the M5, M5 is in a diffrent leak then the tfsi cars all round, but still its not nice to drive a Big Bad ass V10 and get your ass handed by small cars like the tfsi cars, then fall back and say yeah but i like the sound of the Monster and and storie's that goes on forever. Buttom line no one likes to lose. What i am getting to is to buy a car that has all the goodies lux, track car, Party bus and even speed but still suits my pocket. I know there will always be a golf out there faster...
But i dont wanna lose to every single 2.0Tfsi stage2+ car out there get my point?

Don't get an ///M5, it's clear that your goals are not what the M5 delivers, look to a hot hatch, you seem to have the mentality that it promotes

Sorry my friend you came on here and made your point, your bottom line is that you don't want to get your a$$ handed to you in TLGPs, that's not what M cars are about, as for Phantom, he was trying to improve the car, I don't recall seeing anything on his thread about tlgps, looks like you have missed his point aswell. As others have said, get an Audi and leave the M cars for those who know and appreciate them for what they are:thumbs:
