Been a while since any updates. Ive done a couple of things this last 2 weeks. Rebuilt the vanos with all the beisan seals and checked the timing at the same time. And ive been wanting to do something with the exhaust for some time now. Finally found something worthy.

Checking timing

Checked all 24 valves for clearances and only changed 6 since my last check. Found more optimal shimms since.

Piston seals done. Plate seals were already done

Charged M has a custom stainless xorst right through which is quite excellent. So it doesn't have the oem fitting like this box has.

I will have a Remus Back box soon as well :fencelook:
