can some pls Help... my e46 just hit 100k miles went out for a drive last night and i wasnt able to shift in gear... any one know what is wrong with my baby

Firstly, welcome to the forum! :thumbs:

I gather it is an automatic, I would start by having the codes read to see if there are any faults.

IF you cannot shift in gear, that is usually a syncro that has gone on the gearbox. If you cannot shift any gears, then it's probably your clutch. That's if you have a manual obviously.
