E46 Spark plug chamber filled with oil

I'm sure Masterparts also stock Victor Reinz gaskets i was at the one in Kenilworth last week and i saw a guy buying a Victor Reinz gasket set..

yes they do, but they dont have stock

Tappet cover gasket changed, but unfortunately it wasn't the culprit.

The plastic pieces that go over the spark plug chamber fitted tight.

Plug 4 had some oil on it, and the occasional rough idle and misfire is also due to it.

So I have to assume the worst:
I will do a compression test and see if it confirms the worst
