gregs82 anyone who has fitted a FG bumper will tell you they crack very easily... plastic is way better for a bumper, but choices are limited...

im not saying you can try lifting curbs with plastic, but a minor incident in the parking lot does not have to be the end of the world...

Will try to do some research on a way to prevent that happening.

Where did you take your car for bodywork? My car's in the shop and they've been nothing but disappointing. My car's been there since July 11th and the only thing they've done so far is clean it, remove my rear and side windows, and crack my windscreen (and blame me for bringing the car in with a cracked windscreen!).
