E46 M3 Rubber Mats

Hi there

Will post some pictures of my new ride, the CSL (see new members forum) in due course.

In the meanwhile I need to get a few small things for the car to get it 100% back to original form. One divergence I would like to make from the original are in respect of the mats.

In my previous E46 M3 which I bought used, it had a set of really good looking fitted rubber mats, which I assumed were available from the agents. The mats were of a very good quality and fitted so snuggly which led me to believe they were OEM.

If anyone has any leads on where to source them I would appreciate it. I have called JSN and they have no idea.

Thanks

Thanks

Did not think of that but have just checked and only velour mats are listed on the realoem site (for both M3 and CSL M3)

It seems that the rubber mats may have been discontinued.
The aluminum mats may be available on special order but I prefer the rubber mats.

Hi Guys!

As far as I know BMW never made rubber mats for the e46, but what can be used is rubber mats from the e30. The mats fit perfectly in the e46, except for the drivers one which needs to be "trimmed" a bit around the accelerator pedal. I think the price is around R400 from the dealers. I've got them in my e46 and they are perfect.

Hope that helps.
