If its on Dyno it you may as well check the air fuel at the dyno also I saw you had some questions on that earlier in the thread

so get a baseline and address your concern at the same time

Oh yes also changed out the old power steering fluid. Look at that old murky stuff. New dextron II used.

Hopefully within the next week the niggles will be sorted. Then a revised file will be made to see what efficiency can be squeezed from the current setup.

Nice Andy,

Dare I start a new debate about Dynos and correction factors? I see at this particular dyno they using 38%.

It doesn't matter really as long as you use the same dyno going forward to measure the changes.

I also noticed the graph only goes to 6500rpm. Any particular reason for this?

Ja tell me about the correction factor. But im using it for before and after only. The actual figures dont mean much to me. Will see what it does on the road instead.

The car is boosting too much so limited the rpm for this dyno.

I heard of a C63 that was requesting to have a closer look at a S/C E46 M3, let me know if you know of one :fencelook:

I heard a little birdie somewhere mention something...

Going to replace the solenoid pack as we suspect its faulty. Will check how it behaves after that and report back :)

Oh yes I also have to thank Gert@OBDWorx for helping out with vanos testing and map reading.

The project could not be possible without his help.

Well I know from experience that the last C63 I got hold of had one huge surprise when he couldn't get rid of me on the freeway and when his limiter kicked in and mine didn't it was game over for him:rollsmile:

Apparently this C63 also has a limiter in place, so that's going to be a problem :roflol:
