...hmmm.... I'm reading the contract of sale now.... can't remember where I read this... ah it was told to my father who completed the transaction on my behalf. It's not in the contract.
When I phoned them they were very sorry to hear of my troubles. Very willing to help. Still...I would have preferred if this clause had appeared in the contract.
