E46 Alarm Coding

Hi All, does anyone know how to (if at all possible by me) to code my key? to program functions for say auto close windows and to turn on the alarm chirp etc?

You have a E46?

A PA Soft Bmw Scanner gives you all those functions and more.

KEY PROGRAMMING:

1. Get in the car and close all windows and doors.
2. Put Key into the ignition and turn to position 1 (the accessories should turn on)
3. Turn the key back to position 0 and take key out of the ignition.
4. Hold down the unlock button, press the Roundel (lock button) 3 times, and release the unlock button. Doors should lock and unlock.

for the key programming you need at least one working key, you do this first with the working one and then immediately with the non working one
