Hey guys. I noticed 2 days ago that when I engage my handbrake on an incline and release the foot brake, the left front of the car seems to drop slightly. On a flat surface it seems fine. The handbrake holds the car fine on an incline without any rolling. Any idea what this could be? Is it normal? I suspect maybe it just needs to be adjusted, but I'm just speculating here...

In all likelihood it is just the handbrake that is not equally adjusted left and right, depending on how slightly it is I would just leave it, else there is two nuts under the handbrake lever boot and a nut in each of the brake drums at the back that allow the handbrake to be adjusted.

I noticed it started after I went over a rough patch of road riddled with potholes. Its a bit annoying though. Kinda feels like my left front tyre has instantly lost all of its pressure when I engage the handbrake. I noticed today though that depending on the surface it's either the left or right side that drops. On a level surface it's fine.

Had my handbrake adjusted today all thanks to Jarred (aka germantechnik) Awesome guy to deal with. He advised that it is normal for there to be a slight dip but he adjusted those nuts under the handbrake as well as the shoes. It's the side opposite the side that dips that needs adjusting.
