hi guys

can someone help me,i had a turbo failure and replaced my turbo, changed all the filters even the breather vortex filter and the 3000km later the turbo failed again(my air filter pipe that goes to the turbo had a small little piece of metal properly from the other turbo`s failure in it and damaged the blades abit)so i just wanna find out what other precaution i can take to prevent this from happening again and is there something else i need to do before fitting the new turbo again.i will attach the report aswell what they send me

if any one has advice for me plz help

Take it all apart, make sure EVERYTHING on the intake side of the turbo is surgically clean. Then clean it again.

New oils/filters as well and upgrade the oil feed pipe to the turbo as well to new or braided line.

i did send the feed and return pipe with the turbo and they said they have cleaned it,or do u think i should still get new ones?
