E46 318ti diff alteration

I was wondering if I can get some input on my challenge, I have a E46Ti to which I have transplanted aE36 328 motor in. I run off a power mods management system and have around 125kw at the wheels, gearbox and diff are standard e46 318, I feel the ratio on the diff is to long and I need to do an LS conversion on the diff as this is a track car and ratio seams to long. What are your suggestions considering I want to keep this as cheap as possible. Let me have your ideas.

E46 M3 rear suspension with the LS diff is your simplest solution, ratio is 3.62:1LSD vs your open 3.38:1. I have a M3 subframe, left trailing arm and left and right sideshafts to get you started. The stuff will bolt on.
