Try Google for the procedure to reset your service indicator using your BC button and ignition.Schweinsteiger said:thanks guys i will go buy Engine flush after work Any specific brand?DonovanPorter said:bru flush that oil pronto i serviced mine every 10 000km , drain the oil flush will have to be added with oil you cant run it on its own , once the system has been flushed then you add new oil and filter. but flush that motor , flush it ASAP

My Air filter was about R90... from BMW

Filters from BMW
Plugs from bosch or BMW.. i got prices for plugs:
goldwagen: R5 per plug cheaper than BMW
Diesel Electric (Bosch): R2 cheaper than BMW
Got them from Bosch as I was there already otherwise it would have been cheaper to get them from the dealer as its much closer
For Radiator... get some radiator flush.. put it in.. run car for 15 minutes.. let car cool.. remove lower hose & drain.. Remove top hose & insert garden hose & turn on and run fresh water through..
then fill up again.. & run car for 15 minutes
then drain
repeat a few times..
Then fill up with 50/50 water anti freeze mixture
then bleed system (search for a how to)
OH Ya forgot the heater on full step!!!

Thats the fun button.. Push it & it lights a little light on the dash & enables you to have some sideways fun
Iceman007 said:When the raer wheels loose traction the ASC cuts in to cut the speed to the wheel that is spinning.
A Yellow warning light will appear on the dash when this is happening
ASC stands for Automatic Stabillity Control
DSC stands for Dynamic Stabillity Control
Read your Manual:hammerhead:
Legacy said:Actually ASC stands for Anti Skid Control. It just cuts power when one of the back wheels starts slipping. It does not cut the speed to the wheels since it can't. ASC is basically useless if you ask me.
