E39 540i for sale

need some advice ,what is the value of a 2000 model e39 540 in good condition

The 2000 model is just before the facelift, I recently sold my 2000 540 Steptronic with 148000km FSH for R70k. However I have seen cheaper examples on the net.

I would also say 45 to 65 depending on the condition of the car... but 55 is about the going rate.

528 E39's can now be picked up for .... R40k....

I think 25k is a bit optimistic perhaps... Might be worth swapping the motor and then selling it...

15 to 20 with a busted motor. It is more viable to replace it with a 10k scrapyard motor and then sell for 50 odd.

My opinion of course.

worth about 20K with that mileage and a busted motor .. replacement motor is about 20-30K for an M62TU .. they go for much more than the M62 and M60 for some reason ..

Ok so what would be a fair ofeer on this ride cos the replacement motor M62tu is approx 35k.
