e36 Service reset

Just found this on the net after going from one page to the next. Not sure if this link was posted previously, but here it is. It's to reset the service lights oon the BMW. lemme know what u guys think, if it works etc.

i normally just use any piece of wire and earth pin 7....
e30 and e36 are the same btw.

Just to confirm it works, I have used this method a couple of times after my service and it’s very easy to do.
