E36 Replacement Keys

Hi, I'm looking at buying a 1994 e36 318i and the owner has misplaced the keys to the car and I was wondering what are the options for getting new keys and how much would it cost.

I made a spare for the E36 1.2 K each..................... Action Locksmiths - Selby. They advertise in SnS. They have been doing this for a long time and they are one of the more reasonable shops out there

The problem I have is he doesn't have an original key so there isn't a key to cut from. Would I Have to get a new lock set with keys or would a locksmith be able to cut on from the ignition barrel?

You can order a key from a dealer using the body number. I current owner will need to show proof of ownership IE Natis document and a copy of his ID.
